We use submitted complaints, suggestions, proposals, affected audiences, and source links to identify market needs. Editors review submissions before use; submissions are not published automatically. Published evaluations may show reviewed source links, observation dates, and aggregate measures. We do not publish the original text of direct submissions. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or someone else's private details.
To limit abuse, we create a one-way HMAC hash of the submitter's IP address solely to enforce an hourly submission limit. Rate-limit records are ordinarily cleared after two days. We do not store the raw IP address in the niche database. We retain submissions and evaluations while operating the service. To request deletion, email contact@aisoup.net and include the submission ID so we can locate it.
Stripe processes subscription payments. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the checkout email address, subscription status, and a hash of the access token to deliver and control access. We do not store card numbers. Subscribers can manage their subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Editors choose and review configured public sources. Source platforms may change or remove content. We will review related records when we receive a reasonable removal request.
